There are predators who walk among us, in the guise of human beings. They can look like anyone, doesn't matter their ethnicity, nationality, socio-economic background. They have human intelligence, imagination, skillset and even charm. They often accumulate credentials and wield their high reputation and impeccable public image as a shield. Yet, they are essentially soulless.. or if they do possess souls, their souls originate from a plane beyond our material existence, a plane who is hostile to goodness. I nickname them "Black Hole NPCs," but today's psychologists would call them narcissists, psychopaths, people without conscience. A brain scan will reveal a deficiency in their empathy, which is not an accident, result of poor upbringing or due to genetics, but because they are fundamentally evil at heart.

There are a lot of problems plaguing our world today, and human existence since the dawn of time. People have pointed fingers at groups, ideologies, gene pools, but you are only looking at the manifested symptoms, rather than the root cause, which is the presence of manifested spiritual evil, who leave behind spiritual destitution in their wake. There are undiscovered realities which exist beyond our own material space-time, exerting their influence here.

This idea of human predators is not new. It has haunted our collective imagination, from the Devil and the idea of demons, to the Salem witch hunts to the Spanish inquisition, and the Nazi genocide of undesirable gene pools in the Holocaust. There are movies like John Carpenter's "The Thing" and "They Live," along with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the 2007 anime "Claymore" which still have haunting prescience today. Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining" is ultimately a metaphor for this invisible, yet paradoxically tangible spiritual malice, like a particle which moves too fast to ever be detected - but which leaves behind visible vapor trails in its wake.

I'm fully aware this may come across like an insane schizo-theory, but human predators are actually why it feels like our world is falling apart, falling into decay. But rest assured, objective truth, goodness and love will ultimately prevail over fear and evil.
